Terms of use
The ground rules for using Woodmore Highlands's website. By using it, you agree to them; together with the privacy policy, they're the whole deal.
Sample policy. A starting point written for how this site works, for Woodmore Highlands Homeowners Association's board to review with its attorney and adopt.
Accounts
- Accounts are for Woodmore Highlands residents and homeowners. An admin confirms you live here before your account opens.
- Each adult gets their own sign-in. Keep your password to yourself, and tell the board if you think someone else has used your account.
- When you move out, your account and listing are removed.
Using the directory
The directory is for being good neighbors: finding a babysitter, welcoming someone new, getting in touch about something on your street.
- Don't use it to sell, solicit, campaign or advertise, or for any business purpose.
- Don't copy it, share it, or pass it to anyone outside the neighborhood.
- Don't collect it in bulk, by hand or with software.
What you post
- What you add (your listing, photos, event details) stays yours. You let Woodmore Highlands Homeowners Association show it on the site to the people it's meant for.
- Only post photos you took or have permission to share, and be thoughtful about photos of other people's children.
- Keep it respectful. The board may remove anything that isn't, and may close an account that breaks these rules.
Dues and the community's rules
Paying dues on the site follows Woodmore Highlands Homeowners Association's own rules and policies, which win over anything on a web page.
The information on the site
The board and volunteers keep the site up to date, but things change. The governing documents (the bylaws, covenants and policies in Documents) are the official word. Links to other websites are for convenience; Woodmore Highlands Homeowners Association doesn't control them.
Changes and questions
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Questions go to the board at HOA@woodmorehighlands.org. See the privacy policy for how your information is handled.
